Evan Funke, a two-time James Beard-nominated chef, is a master of handmade pasta and a champion of Italian culinary traditions. With over two decades of experience, he has earned acclaim for his restaurants, including Funke in Beverly Hills, Mother Wolf in Hollywood, and Felix in Venice. Funke’s acclaimed cookbook, American Sfoglino, won the 2020 IACP Award for Best Cookbook. He has also been featured in Netflix’s Chef’s Table: Noodles and the documentary Funke.
